Ive noticed that when ever you hit anyone the message desplayed always shows one more point of dammage than you have actually done, I first noticed this when playing as a commander and I hit someone for 52 dd and then again for 48 and they did not die, and when looking in the stats menu it said 98.

strange thing O_O but I noticed the damages (the ones displayed in the hit messages) being +1 compared to 1.2.1 damages and I already wanted to complain :D

It has to do with how the damage dealt is calculated. The player's health is a floating point variable, not an integer. Such is also the case with damage. Rounding errors will occur.
Before it'd report 99 damage on some kills, so I ceil()ed it. Now it reports damage too high in some cases. I guess the former is better.
Also, are the damages supposed to be that close to 100? It seems I might have to nudge sabre damage up by about 0.5 to get around the rounding issue.

should be 47 for an arm hit, but in bg2 you get movement and slight randomization on top of that, so you could probably get a 2hk with arm hits.

loya knife arm hit shouldnt be 38, but 37, sabre arm 47 sabre leg 51 or maybe even 52
