Ive happen to stumble over an possible speed exploit.
When im are near a wall or a blocking volume i can push the character in that direction while i walk forward. Ex if a wall is to the left of me, when i push left and froward at the same time,i get a boost of speed, slighty faster than a officer.

source problem, not ours.

In the future, no body post exploits here, send it to me, black panther or tjoppen and we will post it in the team forums. Last time someone posted about an exploit several people started doing this fast reload trick, another was people adding bots and jeeps because valve didnt cheat protect them.

However we already knew of this. I wonder where one would cap the 2D velocity.. In HL1 it was in some shared .cpp files which I don't recall the name for, but all stuff related to bboxes, jumping, crouching etc. was there.
