Alrighty, well as the name says; I want to suggest some mods for the game.
I know zombiemod has been out of the question for all eternity, however what about making a similar mod, using only the standard models?
I can elaborate on it, if it sounds interesting.

Then something like a gun game if possible (It will probably take some work)

I might update the list once I can figure out anything else than might be possible in this mod, surf for sure isn't :P

I'll say this in reference to the zombie mod:

We'd need a model with animations for the zombies, and then some sort of intelligent path finding for the zombies, to say the least. It'd also take a bit of coding work, I'm sure, and our coding resources are being put to use elsewhere for the betterment of the game.

Zombies = indians. Indian raid. All out indian attack. Of course, you'd need some maps and better AI for the indians then currently possible with the bots. Also, limit them to only tomahawks.

I don't mean to be a naysayer but I have massive doubts as to the playability of any type of zombie mod with BG2 mechanics.

It is actually possible if you can get people to apply to certain rules:

One man starts out as Indian, he has one bullet until he has killed one American (The Americans are only allowed to play as infantry) and once, the Indian has killed one American, he is no longer allowed to shoot, and all zombies will not be using melee (Which is the difference between the "Zombies" and the "living" The American team is only allowed to shoot whereas the "Zombie team" is only allowed to use melee.

On the TRR server after practice we have a game also called Zombies, not sure when it was made, but I has been in use for a good 4-5 years I believe. How it works is:

1 dude start of as jäger as the british and can only use tomahawk and can also only walk. When he kills someone the dead person has to change teams and do the same stuff. Last American standing is normally the winner.

We normally play this on trr_town or that other bg townmap which had all those error signs everywhere, can't remember the name of it.

Anyway, everything is possible, but you need resources to make it work.

We play this on the 47th server as well, in-between realisms and linebattles. Except the indian can run if he wants, 3 people start as indian, and everyone is militia.


Edit: War of the Worlds mod. The original story took place during the time of muskets and cannon, and they were able to bring down several Tri-pods. DO IT NAO.
