Two things.
1. I'd like darker maps in bg2 and I'm currently working on one. However, dark maps suck because whenever you're hit you go blind due to the entire screen going dark red. Please fix this.

2. As for the models making it difficult to aim; you don't aim with ironsights on. Aim with the cross-hairs AND THEN turn on ironsights.

Add a Medic/Hit Voice Command like in BG1
Add Surrender Voice Command (xD)

Medic/Hit Examples:

Example: I've been hit!

Example: They got me!

Example: I need medical attention!

Example: I require medical aid!

Surrender Examples:

Example: I surrender!

Example: I surrender, don't shoot!

Yeah it's a bit old I know, but anyway:

- Bullet hiss sounds when a bullet miss near you.
- Increase in volume/radius of the footstep/impact sounds.
- Free aim mechanic to make the ironsight more useful and close combat more dynamic... See RO: OF
- New bayonet mechanics. Press to ready the bayonet, release to hit. While you are pressing, you run faster and you lose stamina. Your character shout battlecry automatically if ennemies are near. The more you keep running, the more damage you give, so you have a short window of opportunity to instantly kill someone. You run slower temporarly at the end of the sprint. The point is to make bayonets more deadly, harder to use, with a "cinematic" feel. Overall you can't abuse this to move faster.
- Different handling for melee weapons. It's really frustrating right now. Primary fire is a fast horizontal swing, easy to hit (more trace vector) but weak. Secondary fire is a vertical/thrust swing, harder to hit, slower and stronger. I dunno.
- The ability to know the health of ennemies.
- A hit sound, ala Quake 3. Oldschool style. I don't like the text feedback.
- Some kind of feedback when you kill someone. Like a sound, or a short text. See above.
- A medic class ? You can instantly heal someone back at full life, but you can only do that every 7 seconds or so.
- Throwing tomahawks, grenade, bows, horses, stuffs, etc... I'm just kidding here.
- Zombie mode. Yeah I'm serious. Just take the normal zombies from HL2, reskin them, add new sounds. Give 1 point when you kill a zombie, and add a func_button_scored which activate in exchange of points (credit system). Add a entity with input to set victory/defeat. Let the mappers do the rest. Modify the server to change to a zombie map when there are no players, so players are willing to join an empty server. I'm willing to make a map if it ever get done.
- A super awesome, action packed trailer with a dubstep remix of on the road to boston.


I bet some of these get suggested a lot.

Just another minor improvement imo would be to disable voice commands in the chat for the opposite team. So if your american and a British says for king and country it won't appear in your chat log, if only to reduce chat spam.

Yep- the issue is the coding on this one. The sounds are there, but we're using an updated physics model.
