How does the sound synch up? The last couple versions I've had has the reload sound out of synch with the rifle anim because the rifle is a bit slower.

PostalDude has been working on the rifle reload sounds, and commited. Turns out the penn and jäger used the same sound though, which caused some confusion. Should be sorted out now.

The hirschfänger is not a sabre, it's considerably shorter and lighter.

The Jaeger uses the sabre as a placeholder though, until we get your Hirschfaenger ingame properly (the last time we, or rather, Tjoppen, tried, it caused lots of crashes) wink.gif

Anybody still frequent the 0.18 server?

I've been away for a few weeks but since getting back I've checked every evening/night (European time) and never seen anyone on?

.......or do you dudes from over the pond still use it?

I swing by once in awhile in the US evenings- but usually empty. The lag to the US is pretty tough too.

A couple of us +]3D[+ play a few times a week. We bump into another player or two once in awhile.

I look forward to playing with a ping less than 200. It's hard to tell a hit/game glitch from a ping issue sometimes.
